Ms. Jain is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of KriaaNet, Inc. Her primary focus is on leading the strategic growth and direction of the firm, while ensuring the highest level of customer and employee satisfaction. As a major in accounting, Ms Jain is responsible for company’s profitability while delivering KriaaNet’s promise of quality, high value solutions and performance. As a Cisco certified Engineer herself, Ms Jain along with her Senior management team, work closely with federal government clients and industry partners to help customers realize their mission. Through social media, Ms Jain is very connected with the industry. As one of the original founders ten years ago, Ms Jain has always looked at her role through a different lens. Her philosophy is simple: follow passions, create, and work hard. This growth philosophy and work ethic helped to transform an infrastructure small business into one of the fastest growing government contractors in the D.C. Metropolitan area.

Shailendra Jain

Mr Jain is an accomplished CTO and founding member of KriaaNet Inc. Mr Jain has over 23 years of demonstrated success in the IT Industry and expertise in the US Federal and Commercial markets. Throughout his professional career including KriaaNet Inc and 16+ Years at Cisco as an Engineering leader, Mr Jain has worked to build a top-notch technical team. He constantly inspires employees to achieve above and beyond personal and professional goals, while focusing on results and accountability. As a CCIE, he is recognized as a savvy and highly motivated, hands-on Player-Coach Technical Leader with strengths in building influential customer/partner relationships, leading executive conversations and taking ownership working with cross-functional teams. He has successfully run numerous multi-million dollars programs in his various roles at Fortune 500 companies.

Kiran Seshadry

Kiran Seshardy is the Vice President, of Federal Business Development at KriaaNet, Inc. Kiran is a Business Development professional with 25 years of rich experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing, Training, and Operations. Kiran has 15-plus Years of Experience in Federal Sales as a Business Development Manager. Track Record of Success in Securing Multimillion-Dollar, Multi-Year Contracts with Government Organizations. Kiran’s core competencies are, Federal Business Development Lifecycle, Strategic Partnership & Alliance Building, Capture Management, Prospecting, Lead Generation, Qualification, and Negotiations, Proposal Management and Writing, Relationship Management, and Team Management.

Laura Palmer

A graduate from Thunderbird, Laura has over 18 years of experience in Software development, Program Management, and Sales Operation in the Aerospace sector, having worked for large companies including Alenia-Leonardo, British Aerospace, and Honeywell. She is PMP and EVMS Certified.

As a Software engineer, she worked on the design and software development of safety-critical engine controllers for commercial and military aircrafts.

Whilst at Honeywell, she served in senior leadership positions focused on business growth, program execution, and product portfolio management. She has been recognized for driving business results and the ability to manage and lead high performing diverse teams. Recently Laura has gained expertise in network systems by acting as Program Manager for a large Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment program for a US Government agency.

Minerva (Monlit) Abad

Monlit, as she is called by the people around her, works as the Executive Assistant to Mr. and Mrs. Jain. Task-driven with a proven track record in managing office operations, supporting day-to-day administrative, scheduling and meetings, communications, and project management. With vast experience in Training and Development along with Quality Assurance, she holds the ability to facilitate internal and external communications. Coordinates with Consultants, Contractors, and Clients that includes timesheets and discovering new hires on Freelancing websites.

She also holds the position of Helpdesk Manager. With the major role of managing the KriaaNet Support Team, making sure that the performance metrics and ticketing system flow smoothly. Escalations, if necessary, are also handled by her. Her experience as Helpdesk Support Specialist and Customer Service in the BPO industry, helped her ensure relevant quality industry standards.

Juvelle Barro

Ms. Barro has been an experienced Sales Representative for over 4 years in the industry. Ms. Barro graduates with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Entrepreneurship with Latin honors. She has an experience in customer service, in sales, and in real estate companies. She is a team player and is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Her scope also includes routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Ms. Barro plays a fundamental role in achieving the company’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Ritesh Verma

Ritesh Verma is a certified accountant with more than 7 years of experience in Bookkeeping and Taxation. He is one of the members of the leadership team and manages all the bookkeeping and finances of KriaaNet, Inc. Ritesh has a background in accounting and an advanced business degree. Ritesh also has experience analyzing data to make recommendations on financial and organizational strategies. Ritesh helps KriaaNet with a firm grasp of financial technology and its ongoing evolution, the options available, and our applications, and makes adequate and accurate financially sound decisions about IT investments and infrastructure to communicate with and educate staff to ensure full adoption across the organization.
