Overview
NASA SEWP VI (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) is a Government-Wide Acquisition
Contract (GWAC) enabling all federal agencies to efficiently purchase Information Technology,
Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services through pre-approved vendors.
Created in 1993, SEWP was the first GWAC in the federal acquisition space. SEWP has continually
evolved over the past 30 years, expanding its scope to meet the requests of its customers.
The SEWP vehicle represents acquisition innovation within the federal government and is self-funded
through usage fees (0.34%). SEWP provides all federal agencies with acquisition support.
KriaaNet is a NASA SEWP VI Category A and Category C Contract Holder, providing Federal
customers access to in-scope technology solutions through the SEWP acquisition vehicle. SEWP VI has three categories.
SEWP VI Categories
Category A: IT Solutions
- Includes both an Unrestricted group and a Small Business Set-Aside.
- Focuses on products including hardware, software, networking, communication gear, and audio-visual equipment.
Category B: Enterprise-Wide IT Service Solutions
- Includes both an Unrestricted group and a Small Business Set-Aside.
- Focuses on large enterprise solutions, infrastructure management, integrated IT services, and wide-scale technical support.
Category C: IT Mission-Based Services
- Exclusively dedicated as a Small Business Set-Aside.
- Focuses on professional services, systems integration, and agency-specific mission support projects.
How to Obtain a Quote
Federal agencies and other authorized SEWP customers may request a quote from KriaaNet for
products, solutions, and services available under KriaaNet’s SEWP VI contract.
To request a quote:
- Identify the Government requirement, including applicable products, quantities, services, delivery requirements, and other applicable specifications.
- Identify the applicable SEWP VI contract category and requirement.
- Submit the Request for Quote (RFQ) through the applicable NASA SEWP ordering/RFQ process.
- Provide the RFQ and supporting requirements to KriaaNet through the designated KriaaNet SEWP sales/contact channel.
- KriaaNet will review the requirement and provide a quote for products and/or services available under the applicable SEWP VI contract.

Fair Opportunity
NASA SEWP VI is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract that provides Federal agencies with access to a broad range of IT solutions and services.
Orders placed through SEWP are subject to the applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
requirements governing fair opportunity, including FAR Part 16.505(b), as applicable.
For SEWP orders, Government customers are responsible for conducting the applicable fair
opportunity process and making the order-level selection in accordance with applicable Federal
acquisition requirements.
KriaaNet will respond to SEWP RFQs in accordance with the requirements of the applicable RFQ, NASA SEWP VI contract terms, and applicable Federal acquisition regulations.
KriaaNet will not offer, market, quote, or sell solutions that are not included in the SEWP database of record and available under the applicable KriaaNet SEWP VI contract.
SEWP VI Ordering Process
STEP 1
Define the Requirement
The Government customer develops its requirement and identifies the applicable products, services, quantities, technical specifications, delivery requirements, and other ordering
requirements.
Quote Validity
Each KriaaNet SEWP VI quotation will clearly identify the period for which the quotation remains valid.
KriaaNet will honor orders submitted within the stated validity period of the applicable quotation,
subject to the terms and conditions stated in the quotation and resulting order.
Products and Services
KriaaNet provides Federal customers with access to applicable IT, communications, networking,
cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, software, audiovisual, and related technology solutions
available under its SEWP VI contracts.
The specific products and services available for quotation are subject to the applicable SEWP VI
contract category, contract scope, and the products and services included in the NASA SEWP database of record.
For a specific requirement, Government customers should provide the applicable RFQ and technical requirements to KriaaNet for review.
Installation, Warranty & Technical Support
KriaaNet provides applicable post-delivery support in accordance with the requirements of the resulting Government order and the applicable manufacturer’s or service provider’s terms.
Depending on the solution and order requirements, support may include:
- Product delivery and installation
- Configuration and integration
- System implementation
- Testing and commissioning
- Manufacturer warranty coordination
- Extended warranty support, when applicable
- Technical support
- Software support
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Product and service coordination
- Post-delivery customer support
Specific warranty, maintenance, technical support, and post-delivery responsibilities will be
identified in the applicable quotation and resulting order.
Troubleshooting & Order Support
For questions concerning an active KriaaNet SEWP VI order, customers should contact the
designated KriaaNet SEWP support/contact channel and provide the applicable order information.
To facilitate prompt resolution, customers should provide, as applicable:
- SEWP order number
- Customer/agency name
- RFQ or solicitation number
- Product or service involved
- Description of the issue
- Delivery or installation information
- Relevant supporting documentation
KriaaNet will coordinate with the appropriate internal personnel, manufacturers, distributors, or service providers, as applicable, to address order-related issues.
