A graduate from Thunderbird, Laura has over 18 years of experience in Software development, Program Management, and Sales Operation in the Aerospace sector, having worked for large companies including Alenia-Leonardo, British Aerospace, and Honeywell. She is PMP and EVMS Certified.

As a Software engineer, she worked on the design and software development of safety-critical engine controllers for commercial and military aircrafts.

Whilst at Honeywell, she served in senior leadership positions focused on business growth, program execution, and product portfolio management. She has been recognized for driving business results and the ability to manage and lead high performing diverse teams.

Recently Laura has gained expertise in network systems by acting as Program Manager for a large Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment program for a US Government agency.
